Dear Parents:
Green Mountain Properties is pleased to have your son or daughter as a tenant in a residential unit that we own and we look forward to a cordial relationship with them during their stay in Boone.
One of the requirements for tenant approval for the leasing of the dwelling units is credit application from each of our prospective tenants. Many of our rentals are geared towards young people who attend college full time and who may produce a small amount of income and do not have sufficient credit to qualify as a tenant under our terms. It is for this reason that we ask you to sign a Co-Singer form for your son or daughter. Please sign and return the Co-Signer form in the enclosed self-addressed, stamped envelope; it will become a part of your son's or daughter's residential rental contract.
We are pleased that your son or daughter will be residing in a unit that we own and we appreciate your prompt attention to this manner. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at: 828-719-8798. Your son or daughter was given a copy of the Lease Contract upon signing.
